I go hear often for the Convenience Store part. Always a great selection of Drinks and Candies that you cannot find anywhere else, aswell as some incredible popcorn. Our Friend is addicted to their Bacon and Cheddar Flavor and Thanks to Erika the Manager we were able to get him alot of it for his Birthday!!

In the year 2000, I visited this wonderful store and it was magic. Time froze for 3 hours as I went from aisle to aisle coming across VHS tapes and CDs that you could buy nowhere else, and for fantastic prices. I don't think I've ever experienced anything that first visit since. While I have moved away from St. Cats, I still visit That's Entertainment a couple times of years. They always have something fantastic in stock and the staff are always great.

Convenience store is great, Tiffany is excellent and sure do miss Erica too. I shop there every day however, one man who I believe is an assistant manager is beyond rude. He's filled in when the girls are on break at times, never smiles either. God forbid if you arrive at 7:55 because you will NOT get in to get your last minute lotto because he locks the door right in front of you and appears to get pleasure from this. Twice in the last month he's locked the door just as I'm about to open it at 7:55. If it weren't for the excellent customer service I get from the girls I'd never darken their door.

That's entertainment is quite honestly the best video store I've ever visited. I've been coming to this video store since I was about 5 years old with my father, mother and older sister. Not only is the entire store family friendly and enjoyable, the staff is always so helpful as well as kind. They always have amazing recommendations for all movies new and classics, the staff is always outgoing and funny as well as extremely helpful. I love the fact that I am able to find new and old video games from my childhood and that I can find such a wide variety of CD's, videos and games all in one place. However that is not all they have to offer, I have never had such amazing popcorn that they make here, in my life. They have all the classical candies from when i was a young tyke. This place is welcoming and enjoyable for any and all age groups.

My favorite store in the entire Niagara region! As a fan of film and physical media this place is like heaven. There's a massive selection of films to buy or rent and I've found multiple films here that are typically harder to find. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

This place is an icon in the Niagara Region and the last of its kind! I never watch movies on-line as i'm a home theatre nut and love the expierence of bluray and 3D movies. I go out of my way to support this store any way I can.I truly hope That's Entertainment is around forever as I one day want to give my children the same expierence I had growing up, going to the movie store on a Friday night and renting something great.Thanks for all the years of top-notch service!

St Catharines is very lucky that, That's Entertainment is still rocking. I've spent thousands upon thousands, between rentals and used purchases, since the early 90s. My extensive collection of cds/dvds/vhs/games, wouldn't exist without That's. We love taking our kids there, to share our childhood experiences of searching the shelves, and revisiting 80s classics. Prices are great and staff is always friendly. The snacks usually double or triple our movie bill, with all the rare cross-border treats. I'd find a way to give 6 stars, if there was a regular supply of Whatchamacallits, Caramellos and Barqs pink cream soda. I'm kinda glad I never applied there as a teenager, because it would have been impossible for me to leave.

My favorite place in the entire world, minus my house. Everyone that works there is super friendly and nice. The store is always clean, I always manage to find some amazing Movie Gems in the aisles. Their popcorn is the best, and their selection at the actual STORE, is amazing! Tons of unique chocolate bars and those American goodies you can’t get at the average corner store.I always look forward to coming, it’s a little piece of nostalgia, every time I walk in.

Great old school feel video store. They offer rentals and out right purchases of movies and games. You can also buy c.ds here alongside funko pops, snacks and bongs. It's an all in one shop. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. If you missed out on the video store Era go check out this nostalgic place. They even make popcorn in store and have many fun flavors and sizes to choose from .

I used to go here as a kid. Back before Netflix and other streaming. Got movies, shows, and games. Lots of great memories. Sad to hear it's closing. I will miss this place dearly. Did a final walkthrough. Hasn't changed much in 6 years, although I'm bummed I wasn't able to get some of the old game consoles they used to have for sale.
